But fact of the matter is that most of the companies/ industries rely on govt subsides hence by law have to provide employment to local youth unless you are too talented and some publications in your kitty it's very hard to find out a company who can sponsor H1 and GC. It's very hard to get a job in BMS or Pfizer or Novartis or Johnson n Johnson even with P&G  if you have green card or citizenship it's just a piece. But salaries in those companies are on par with any IT counterparts.
