agree.. fruits rather than making juice eat them directly..

that fiber is enough for our body.

constipation unte..try eating pIneApple once or twice a month..

papaya is best...green papaya salad thai style lo cheskunte..debbaki all set.

1. general ga work places lo leather chairs or cloth vi untayi ga velaithey bokkalunna chair lo koorsondi i mean mesh chairs lo if available. ila chesthey Grudda ki seat ki madhya heat develop kaadu.
