Mana employer's chesedi okate  they  email/call   the vendor  to ask about the salary delay , aa Middle vendor gadu simple ga  maku main  vedor gadu delay chesthunadu antunadu .

Main Vendor gadini adigithe  they are supposed to pay you on time even if we delay antadu. Ila back and forth naduthundi vyavaharam.
