may be depends on Client kooda avoochhu... Ippude maa roommate ki ping chesina (he is with TCS past 5 years C2C). Vaaniki FT offer cheyaledu annadu.

Like I said earlier, This is something I have seen and heard of and dealt with TCS for JPMC client...

Don't know if they are implementing the same else where or case to case..
