Chinks does not want to settle Border issues with India at all ... 

it did not allow "Border Status quo" when India proposed ...

Chinks Claiming whole SouthChinaSea, Arunachal Pradesh & venturing into Indian Ocean ....

Indo-Russia Relations are low due to Putin......

meanwhile India moving towards USA, with LEMOA, etc....

So... no Chance of Chink+Russia+India military power....
