But US regulations and rules won't allow non-citizens to work on space programs. Since these are private companies, they can do whatever they want. Like setting up R&D center in India to hire Indian talent. He also clearly stated that you should try to get GCs at any cost, open ga annadu ee statement because he wants to hire a lot of talented people but can't due to visa regulations ani kooda cheppadu.
