Hi Guys,

 

My 140 got approved recently and I am in 6th year of H1 . If the client offers me full time and if i convince employer is it ok to take full time ?

employer is my cousin partner and friend in India that is my only way i can convince him thorugh my cousin

Why do you have to convince your employer. He can't revoke your I140 after 6 months of its approval kada. Did you sign any non compete with your employer?

180 days wait cheyyu so that he cant revoke your 140... better to have all copies starting from labor certification to 140 approval....

You can take job dude, only thing new employer has to start labor and I-140 process again

yeah recent ga rule pass ayyundi... its okay to change the jobs after 180 days of 140 approval ani....

you have do labor and i140 again. only PD date retains.
