NEW YORK: A leaked e-mail, sent by a general manager of Wipro based in Bengaluru, to some of his team members, inform that the house of a senior tech employee based in Houston, Texas, was ransacked and every item in his house broken to pieces. His family is traumatized and “wants to return to India ASAP”, says the e-mail.

The sender of the mail also writes that the same incident has happened to few other Indian houses in “one of the nicest communities in Houston”.

News India Times has got a copy of the e-mail, and tried to reach out to the general manager in Bengaluru for more information, but was unable to speak to him.

Out of respect for him and his colleagues, we are not revealing the names in the email, including the employee whose house was allegedly ransacked.

Here’s the full text of the email (sic):

Team,

Just want to bring to your notice that (name), our (designation) in Houston had gone through a horrendous experience this weekend. His house was completely ransacked and every item in his house is broken to pieces and this has happened to few Indian houses in one of the nicest communities in Houston, TX. His family is Traumatized and wanting to return to India ASAP.

We read few incidents in media here, but looks likes the undercurrents are many. Just sharing this with the group so that we sensitize our onsite employees to be watchful of the situation.

what ever has been happening is nothing but the reaction from the american society which we couldn't integrate. A reacting which has been building up from inside for decades, has busted now.

If we plan to be part of the american society, lets make ourselves integrate with in the society and instead we choose to be one among the herd of sheep and move in groups.
