It is a serious concern but if we look from the other end, it of lesser concern. DOE gave 18 months time to either get a new accredition or move to a different school. The big question from administration is the availing student loans and they have provided proger guidelines on the same. When it comes to Desis, accredition is a bigger issue and matter of concern. but for USCIS, there are bigger concern and they will proactively act on this issue when needed.
