2 years experience unnavalani try cheye with good pay 
also try to recruit freshers 4 people , for freshers there were lot of people taking training to get a job find those people and give them training and parallel work .

in 6 months  they will become equal to 1,5 years of experinece.

instead of going for a fresher, go for 6 months to 1 year expereinced...learning pace koncham fast vuntadi..

problem is 6 months to 1 year experience unna vadu resume 3-4 years pettesthadu.. 2-3 sr candidates with 4 freshers is best option.
