But they say it won't be on your record beyond 5 years. Citi odiki kooda collections lo poyindi in 2009 yet he approved my credit card for 10k 2 years ago. 

Chase has different policy I think

Reason marichipoya, yes discover, citibank, bank of america, navy fed credit union all were approved prior to that.
