Perm approve aithe at least he can extend his H1 for 1 more year kadha, so once he gets that he can apply for 140

Yes use chesukovachu but talk to the attorney and get details about the position they are applying ur perm for( aa position ki nee current role experience ni consider cheyyochu ani aa position requirements lo undali), talk to a good attorney he can clear all your doubts but move fast

Ad vesede ne exp base cheskuni..

so ne FT employer can put Ad based on your exp before joining your current employer (entha exp undi ee job ki mundu neeku?)

Consultancy tho velthehe can prepare Ad based on your experience till date you can add your current employment exp also here.
