Current premium processing ledu...until october or so...normal processing undi... H1b trasnfer pettukko...but make sure lca is filed in proper time...and you get h1b receipt for transfer ...and tell your old employer for not revoking old h1b ....if you can... The extensions from 7th year onwards...depends on paper work you submit from client and by your employer... 6 months to 3 years... extension vachina valu kuda unnaru based on i140 approvals...
