So 15-20 yrs year ki 15000 rent kadithe about 225k to 300k so assuming we get greened in 15-20 yrs its better to buy a home than pay the rent. bco this 225-300k will be your investment by means of equity in your home if not greened and we have to leave then its as good as paying rent and leaving after selling your home.
