here is the thing...

If you already had a regular h1b, worked on it for some time and transferred to a non-profit cap exempt h1b you are fine. Job poyina sarey you can transfer to a consultancy. But direct ga non-profit h1 ki vellthey, you should apply for regular h1b like all others and wait till Oct to start. So, job pothe malli inko non-profit kay move avvagalaru!!
