Yes avvochu, they will consider as life event and once they are back you can add them.

but i dont know what are the changes needed in W4 if he will be single married or married

Life event ante New born child or got married or death avi kada. wife and kid year madyalo india vellipoyi motham rest of the year india lo unte mana health insurance (employer group plan) nundi vallanu remove chesi just single plan ki switch kavocha year madyalo. Insurance Jan to December kada and already wife and kid medical bills konni ayyay anuko that year how it works. 

Employee+spouse+kid kalipi $850 something kadutunnadata.

no chance... Open enrollment ani oka option untundhhi prathi insurance company lo... ask them when open enrollment ani.. aa date lo ne nuvvu add delete chesukovachu...eppudu padthe appudu kaaadhu... vaaalu em erriii pppluu kaaadhu avsarmu unnappuu add vodhhu annppuudu delete ani...thats how they make money

Question artham kaaledu..... Deductibles prescription ki vaadukovadam endi..? Insurance nundi theesesina tharuvaatha prescription drugs konalevu Insurance dwaara. You gotta pay out of pocket.

Single plan ki switch avvachu.... no problem.

Remember one thing. If you don't have 18 months of continuous coverage, they do not cover pre-existing conditions. Pregnant woman & Kids are exception to this.

No, okavela chesthe malli nee employer insurance lo vallani add cheyyali ante you have to wait until the end of November that's when open enrollment starts.
