chup chap agreement chesuko...45 days la oka 30 days iyamani chepu..oka 15 days patukomanu...

kayyam petukuni waste...

tarvata employer letters ani avasaram padochu..

as a rule of thumb laga, employer change aithe one month pay poinatte....if you recover a bit of it, you are in profits..
