YSRCP either wins or loses , it will barely have any effect. However Jagan is about to start his state wide tour and even if he loses the election, he can still keep the anti -incumbency by going into the public with his Yatra and keep attacking the government and nandhyal loss will not be a factor. 

And if TDP wins, its business as usual for the government and nothing would change, neither the confidence nor the incumbency but will increase the pressure on government to perform much better than they could and increase the stakes which will actually kill TDP before general elections. 

But if TDP loses, there would be pressure on govt, cadre will be dissapointed and local leaders will move towards greener pasteurs..

give or take, this election is a death trap for TDP even if it's wins...

Nandyal election result will have its effect on Kakinada corporation election slightly Aug 28th(Monday) Nandyal result & Kakinada election on Aug 29th (Tuesday).

This is a by-election and Jagan's resources were limited.

Whereas, CBN abused the system in an unprecedent manner. He sanctioned 1600 crores for development and blackmailed people that he will block those if they donot vote for TDP.   Symapthy is in TDPs favour. He has police and money power on his side. 

The odds were highly against Jagan,  still he fought fiercely.

YSRCP already won this election Morally.

if you have observed closely what people were thinking , vaalu ycp ki vote veddam anuknna they did not because (typical human mentality) ippudu shilpa gelichina ycp ki power raadu tdp ki podu, tdp kopam toh aa sagam start aina panulu aapeste, compensation ivvakapothe maaku loss ani people voted for tdp.only thing jagan has to make sure that majority should not exceed than 5K.

remember tdp 1500 Crores spend chestunnam development meeda ani campaign chesindi...if they win or loose they will be under pressure to spend same in other constituencies..otherwise during padayatra jaggu can use this as a topic to tell people that that was only an election stunt.
