Previous Employer is revoking i-140 after 180 days

yes you can use that number for multiple H1B extensions.

You can retain your PD. and you can get first H1b extention of your approved I-140.

 

FYI, your employer can only with draw the petition, USCIS will revoke it. The whole process will take more than 6-8 months.

As per New I 140 Ead rule it's not possible to revoke if you had worked with the previous employer for 6 months after approval of 140

140 can be revoked even after six months if the employer shows the reason that the employee has cheated him about the qualifications or his skills which is easy for desis. dont irritate ur ex-es :)
