I tried many diets in my life. The only thing that works is diet in moderation and exercise. Andaru 20% exercise and 80% food antaaru correct aey, but thats just mathematical. Practical ga exercise helps a lot like better sleep, less stress etc which makes you reduce weight. One more thing, meeru chinnapati nundi tinina food vadilesi dont try new things endukantey mana genes vaatiki alavatu padi untaayi...So dont do all these diets..vintey vinandi lekapotey ledu BTW i lost 30 lbs in 1.5 years Quote
