As said earlier run chesthe it will be only 15 to 20%, diet is more important.

I don't suggest these kinds of diets...You will gain back in the long run..Follow KISS principle.KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID.

I tried many diets in my life. The only thing that works is diet in moderation and exercise. Andaru 20% exercise and 80% food antaaru correct aey, but thats just mathematical. Practical ga exercise helps a lot like better sleep, less stress etc which makes you reduce weight. One more thing, meeru chinnapati nundi tinina food vadilesi dont try new things endukantey mana genes vaatiki alavatu padi untaayi...So dont do all these diets..vintey vinandi lekapotey ledu

 

BTW i lost 30 lbs in 1.5 years

Hatsoff to ur dedication but Janalu intha crazy naa.

 

Weight loss ki intha akkarledu simple tips:

1. Eat food slowly, whatever it is. Food ni chusthu nemmadi ga tinandi, so when your stomach is full you will get a signal and then stop there.

Manam andaram fast ga tintam moolana asalu stomach brain coordination ye miss aithundi so we tend to overeat. Also remove all sorts of distractions while eating. If you do this, for oily food or sugar rich food, you immediately will know to stop it. Listen to your mind thats it.

 

2. Eat healthy, eat as much raw as possible.

 

3. Do some exercise atleast 45 minutes. Entha busy aina manalo manamu 45 minutes kuda invest cheskolema. Countless advantages untai daily routine lo exercise kalpithe.

 

Wake up guys, small life, be fit, be healthy, do good, enjoy it !!
