unna it is much easier to track foreigners than local citizens here,  NH lo you need state ID or DL before they sell you the firearm and they dont issue an ID till they see your passport/h1. So they have your immigration details and dont forget that F1/H1 guys are fingerprinted at visa issuance and also at port of entry for all 10 fingerprints

I mentioned this isn't specific to the shooting that happened, it's a word of advise in general. The shootings in mass public places have increased off late, not just this particular incident.
