dont challenge them when you know you can't win (which is most times). but also never give them the satisfaction by agreeing with them.

arey setu..

chalthi ka naam gaadi...anthe kani itla FB la postlu esi...twitter la hashtag esi...kisko kya prove karna bhai ?

monna edo awareness kosam ani #meetoo ani twitter tag esinaru...good that people openly talk about some unpleasent things happened...but..such things will keep happening for few more decades...saying so, I am not supporting such cases..

Only way these things can be averted is by education nut not by bringing in additional and strict laws. Law can only punish people who already commited crime but the intention is to prevent the crime...which only education can do..and in India's case..at least two more generations need to wait and see the difference..

its okay man, if they talk. when you don't support those 'happenings', you shouldn't be bothered about how people challenge it.

where did I talk about strict laws? commenting on a db so openly anti feminist itself is provoking people to be open to other arguments.

i'm against death sentence for rape, for the record. and I have personal stake in knowing people who were raped. The consequences are more psychological, and hanging the rapist doesn't solve it.

Only a sexual revolution can stop rapes from happening (even then not completely). and that includes change in girl's behavior too. for eg. be more brave, and open in discussing s3x with the opposite gender.

prudish behavior, like the kind culture/religion encourages, creates insurmountable gender differences.

ofcourse its men who are responsible for rapes, and they must be held accountable (not hanging) for violating another person's privacy, but the root causes for 'rape' lie in other places too.

crimes on women happen because there's power disparity. rejecting the idea of equality means rejecting the idea that women can ever be free.

there are other types of power disparity, where women are powerful than men (eg. rich woman victimized by a man beneath her standing), but those cases are comparitively rare. In that case, it is capitalism create inequality that can also be blamed, along with the man's need to prove his superiority over a woman.
