very good post.....I am ready to invest even Rs 1 cr and I want steady income of Rs 1 lakh+ in Hyderabad.........plz don't tell fixed deposits.......fdr's interest rate ippudu only 6.5% undi, and ranu ranu adhi inka inka taggipothu vastundi....

1 c unte edaina urban center(like warangal in TG ) lo center commercial place konukko..ah rents easy ga 1 lakh paina vastai..simple no

Amaravati dagara Ramakrishna housing vadu sky towers kadutunadu... anta kalipi 30-35Lk avudi 500sqft office space ki. he is guaranteeing 15k montly income upto 2020.
