I have setup a sports club in our own land...it has running track, skating ring, tennis courts (clay) and archery training....it is all in 2 acres land....we have around 80 subscribers....coaches ki and maintenance ponu...around 60k savings....investment is 8 lakhs excluding land..this is in hyd
