(x) If you use your MoviePass Card for any purpose other than to purchase a 2D movie ticket at a theater kiosk, or we have reason to believe that you have done so, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to charge a fee of $25 (twenty-five U.S. dollars) (“Penalty Fee”) per occurrence on the form of payment you provided to us for your MoviePass subscription. To cancel your subscription, you must notify MoviePass in writing via to customer service at least one business day prior to the next billing date. This model will not survive. How in the world he is going to survive if there aren't any new subscribers and theaters do not share revenue with movie pass.

don't care. Terms and conditions won't stop anyone. He can stop few but not all. He should rather spend that time and money on building a system to control the moviegoers behavior.

mp card ni apart from from purchasing checked-in movies ticket, inka vere yeah purchase ki asalu pani cheyyadu kada........alantappudu how can we buy other stuff using mp card.....
