try kurdish biryani also.... its close to ours in terms of texture  but roots long back from before biryani came into India and got owned

endo...chatak mukkalu esi...danike malli ide ra bhai biriyani ani feel avtaru...

rice nundi spices daka anni veg ey....oka 10% ey chicken or mutton..mali danike oka feeling istaru..

poni tellola laga anni tintara ante adi ledu......aapandra mee non-veg lolli...

so basmati rice badulu meka pegulu vadamantaavaa?  nuvvu eda thinnavo emo 

nenu thinna old city biryani lallo minimum oka leg quarter(chieckn thigh + drumstick) vasthadhi per biryani ie 300-400 grms of chicken
