I don't think rajmouli will involve in construction he is just giving some inputs in terms of artistic way 

I don't know if there are any artistic based buildings

I feel if they want it in a artistic way and with local cultural touch better they took inputs from art director such as Padma Sri Thota Tharani since they are the ones who more on that.

I don't know but is there any words class company in India at least for the name

Google, Microsoft,apple,sony,Lenovo,BMW

But the phones, laptop n car we use are not Indian invention

World architecture am not sure if there is anything 

Amaravati needs to be world class though it may look too much exaggeration reality is we don't have such things as world class in India

Singapore is world class city buildings there are built by top companies

AP has a chance and it has to seize it
