so do the right thing and keep hoping our Non-Immigrant Work Visas dont get ripped off... you cant demand anything... you can prove how crucial our contribution as non-immigrant work visa holders to our employer to get a Immigrant Visa to provide more service to the employer and in turn to the economy..and keep your NIV until something is decided about converting it to IV.. if not no option but to go back to our home land ...
