Dude...not trying to be rude but trying to show you the actual picture..

Solving Illegal stuff is very crucial for the government... and the wall is one of the campaign promises...No campaign promise about doing favors to non-immigrant work visa holders in getting their NIV s to IVs... so expecting something is our fault... There will be nothing about that...

Legal di adi poye way lo pothadi... nothing can be done to expedite the process and removing Family sponsored visas is completely against America's core foundation principles.. its about unifying families of the Citizens... antha easy ga teesese yavvaram kadu adi..

so do the right thing and keep hoping our Non-Immigrant Work Visas dont get ripped off... you cant demand anything... you can prove how crucial our contribution as non-immigrant work visa holders to our employer to get an Immigrant Visa to provide more service to the employer and in turn to the economy..and keep your NIV until something is decided about converting it to IV.. if not,  no option but to go back to our home land ...

There is one article from Chicago Tribune bro.. read that to get exact insights. Nuclear family valla conservative party think they are lowering down the pays and country is bombarded with low skilled labor, just for these purposes H2A is introduced, one should come via that if low labor and wait in line like any other. Family name tho long distance relatives ni techi working here. There is really in-depth discussion made on 4 pillars DJT addressed the nation by POTUS during STU.

Hardcore conservatives think DACA should never give at any cost, because it shows the world if you enter illegal to US at some point you have a fair chance to become citizen, that's what core Republicans feel. Which is true, they want DACA kids to also wait like legal immigration. It has deep insights on these points. Dems has no clue because they are too liberal on all the promises without any supporting facts or power to do it.

Don't get me wrong but try to leave all your family (wife and kids) and work far and see them once a week dude, then you understand GC cost. Vaste vastadi lekapothe ledu anna antha easy kadu to go through it. US ravadam endhuku intha lite tisukunte. Already you left your parents in India. On H1 you have to work for sure, even you have 100k in savings and ok to survive for couple months out of job, you have to have valid status with Pay running to stay in the country. Andharu oke la consistent ga job undadhu bro, each family is different and we cannot judge. IMO GC is something that helps them give freedom. Vastadha radha ani we don't know, we all came thinking their processes are working as per rule but modern days lo kuda same old rules apply chesi follow ante it doesn't make sense.

Bro natural ga as a family man we experiment for options and we primarily look for safety and stability. US IS A damn SAFE AND STABLE country by a mile when compared to rest of the world. If you see the trends, no one is going back to restart in home country but only trying to bring their family here....it's all survival chances and they are 100% good in US even you live like a slave.

Frankly speaking US is lucky to have Obama for dems and Trump for conservatives, both provided stable growth for their base. And this inturn is helping the base to bring ppl to build the country

No doubt. US is the superior by any means. But countries like Canada and Aus has very robust Immigration systems, it's just that they don't have jobs. But just because you are superior you cannot be slave. Most of the people already ruined family relations dude by ignoring them and travel this far. After coming here also if you want to stay away from your own family is not correct. Slowly we all losing fundamentals and becoming more physco's (maybe this is right word). Money Money Money, entha earn chestaru? Are you really earning like crazy consultancy guys to even satisfy your gut to stay away from your own wife? Imagine if you both work and one of you lose job and had to travel to another state? If you have good system in place, you can work any job, not necessarily an IT. GC unte there are 100 people ready to take. They don't want to sponsor
