I remember when people of my batch came to US, it was almost 6-9 months preparation. GRE,Toefl,applications, funding, blah blah...

Kani now a days, a guy who cannot even speak or understand english, is here on f-1 visa. Courtesy : consultancies. 

This is where things went wrong.

Atleast not in my circle. maa dost, family galla siblings , cousins andariki f1's came. didn't heard even a single rejection in past few years. Anduke number of f1's increased drastically past 5 years.
