To Buy a House: For New houses, In just cook county, it is 1 million, if it is 3 bed 2 bath new one 550 -650k

Schools and Overall Education: Loyola, Northwestern Med schools, Booth and Kellog MBA schools

Sports: Indoor and Outdoor Cricket Leagues only in summer.( i dont care about it)

Avg Temp below 40 F: Almost 5 months

Fun things to do in Michigan: Just downtown, Nothing in this city, worst place to live...

Traffic: Speed limit is 70, But we go at 80-90. aathcare about rules

Things I love: nothing except the michigan avenue in downtown

Things I hate: Bad Roads with Pot holes. Windy

Taxes - 10% sales tax and they take the tax and dont do any thing. State already got bankrupt.

Job Market - Lot of well established clients, but everything got outsourced.
