Yes, there is a tilt in my game sometimes - All I do is try to avoid being tilt. If someone jam with nothing and hit runner runner, even we smile and say good catch, the background of that hand runs until you win a big pot again in same session. I try to avoid this by taking a little break for coffee etc not to rush my game if I'm feeling that way. I'm in a stage that i accept the fact people gets lucky and I'm ok with that. If there is tilt in game better take off for that day instead playing and losing more. I can balance it now. Adding to it, I'll sometimes feel like a gambling day and do lot gambling like 3 bets heavy pre, big bets all streets or jam with K high pre, hit and run in a hour or so. If I lose I'm ok in that session. On these days my success rate is surprisingly good actually. kaani baa adi professionals ki work aidhi...but manaku dorikedhe month ki oka roju.....so ee roju kakapothe repu anedhi undadhu.... Well said @Nellore_peddareddi ,I am a winning player generally, but end up losing some times due to tilt. Working on that aspect of my game. As you said, Learning on taking it easy when they get lucky.

Adjusting game based on aggressors(observe people for sometime before if you aren't familiar with their game on that day) on table helps you not to end up in tilt as well. I sometimes fold AQ suited as well on start of sessions if table is little messy, and play junk with 3 bets if people are too tight who always lean to fold post flops for little big bets. the only time we win when we go in tilt is some big hand happens and we get money back(this percent is low). And once we get money back we again adjust to game and start playing good. So if you feel tilted for a while take day off. That's what I follow and suggest you same to overcome it. As long as we staying away from playing for more than 7hrs or so, in one session, I believe we shud be good. And not to forget the breaks in the middle. This thread is really helping in one way or the other for ppl who is interested in learning and achevieing more, in hold-em. Long way to go

Long way to go Yes and to add to it, if opponent is better than us in poker don't try to hero him and overplay him, accepting facts always help the game. I saw our guys in game who can't take if someone is playing better than us. Even Americans do the same mistake always, if someone is beating them all the time they try to hero them and lose everything. I learnt it quick though, to accept facts and how to make people fall for it. Long sessions adithe one hand you'll get jammed and probability of losing is more. Better avoid long sessions especially midnight if it's >8 hrs already

Positive cash gain in 18. No WSOP or any big tourn played yet. Goals this yr is to play 3-4 good tournaments and keep a steady graph in cash. I play based on casinos and tables, if 1/2 or 1/3 has action I play that else 2/5. I have been gambling from 2008, but now I barely gamble as I study and geting better.
