It is consider as Secondary Income.. so kind of Illegal anattu telling my colleagues, just checking - 

Recent ga iddharni deport chesaaru ANTA* (1 for Amway and other for stock trading)

Any Clue ?

Investing and trading on h1 is not an issue unless you are flagged as a 'pattern day trader' in which case you may be questioned and further face the consequences.
