Car Task lo vaadu rules pettukunnadu bro - ee task lo vaadu asalu rules evi pettaledhu. BB could have stopped him if Sanchalak misunderstands the task - why he didn't do it in the first place where as he did in Car task right ??

As per the info, he didn't raise the topic himself - it's Nani provocated him and Samrat helped Roll (by signalling abt bum) to bring out this disco. 

Definitely, he apologized and he will do it if needed - but Nani doesn't need to ask Roll "Emannadu" again !! Why the hell Nani couldn't ask these questions to other HM's who spoke so abusively and that too when Kaushal wasn't even there.
