when luck strikes you based on your hard work.. take it 

manager role plate lo pettinatlu vachindi because you deserve it, you can still be hands on technical guy while being manager 

this will ensure you dont get obsolete in tech hands on

thats exactly what i asked that i will want to be doing little dev and boss agreed that i can do both..
