same as a consumer who bought tv in the pretext of it working ... when the consumer realized that tv i snot working ... the shop has to give the customer a new tv  or a working tv ...

i'm split . i agree that she has been taken for a ride (freely) in the pretext of ending up getting married and she probably deserves justice 

but how come this is sexxual harassment case?

also your example  doesnt hold true coz  this situataion equates to  "a consumer buying a TV with one retailer for say 1000$ and returns it on 59th day of its use (with in return policy window) and demands a refund  as he snagged another Tv from another retailer for a lesser price of 800$ in a deal "
