Suggest to me also 

calories takkuva vundali 

office lone breakfast with Starbucks coffee at 10:30 am so skipping lunch and feeling hungry at 3 pm

breakfast is egg white omelette with cheese and spices

I drink sometimes smoothie which fills me upto atleast 3-4 PM and intiki 5 ki ragane dinner. (Blueberry, banana, Milk, Yogurt, almonds, chia seeds.) Try this. It will only taste good if you've Vitamix.

Nenu intiki vele sariki 6 datitidi on top of that need to hit gym at 7 pm so energy vundatla morning ki time marchukunte testosterone level high vuntadi with lot of energy  but issue is badakam legavaleka potuna

almonds tinu. almonds will recoup your energy
