@JANASENA meetings baga attend avvuu , take notes and be prepared , half the battle will be won there , remaining half is to keep cool , talk slowly , mana vallu chese mistake enti ante they will talk fast , tadabaduthu , evvariki ardam kadu , talk slowly and clearly , it will help you maintaining your flow and keeping your bp down , 

another thing I learned is to observe how others talk , konni sentences bridges laga use chestaru presentations appudu , aa common phrases ni use cheytaniki try cheyi 

Also if you have any interns/new bacchaas , try your presentation skills on them , you will have a good chance to fine tune them by doing so , also use the recorder options for conference calls , you can play back and listen how and when you are doing mistakes 

 I was in a role where I talked non-stop for 6-7 hours , fluency baga improve ayyindi , so talking helps as others mentioned

lots of others things to do too like taking some language training or attending any toastmasters kind of things , good luck
