Toastmasters valla accent reduction avvadu kani speaking skills improve avvachu. 

Practice speaking infront of mirror for presentations. Silly anipistundi but it works. Book reading, hanging out with american friends helps too. Actually complex that you might speak something wrong is issue emo not speaking. I could be wrong though.

Turn on sub-titles. It will really help you a lot.

Especially if you are watching telugu or hindi movies, watch them with sub titles on and it will really help you improve the comprehension

The first and foremost thing you could do is to stay as far away from this DB as possible. Like delete it from your website search, if possible install a firewall that won't even give you access to this DB on your PC or mobile whatever you use. Then, delete this DB from your mind, permanently. 

Then you have some hope you can get better in life.
