There is a lot of confusion regarding this .. some are saying same employer same client premium process eligible irrespective of job code change

i dont know about Consulting..but.

as long as extension is for same employer..same job code u can file in premium..

but if u r changing the client,,it will be amendment i assume, which doesnt qualify for Premium i think. (pain in the a$$ for consulting folks)

how about if the company name is changed but Location  and everything is same

Mine is H1 extension.

same employer same work location. 

But different SOW. 

Manager emo you are not eligible for Premium antundhi ...

Is it true ?
