Technology you work in and their Pros and Cons

Pls post your technology with Pros and cons involved. So it will help lot of ppl. Below I posted about QA / BA to the best of my knowledge. Pls if possible follow the same format. Thanks all in advance.

 Below-mentioned positions require No to Moderate training. No aggressive training is required.

1. QA Analyst job (Manual) -    $20 - $40/hr ($40 evado pedda client aithey tappa ivvaru but idi max kabatti ikkada petta)

Skills Required: MS Excel, Word, Very basic SQL, Bug tracking tools like JIRA.

Pros: Peaceful life, Peace of mind. 

Cons: No future.

 

2. QA Analyst job (Automation) -    $35 - $55/hr (Selenium, QTP, Load testing, etc.......)

Skills Required: MS Excel, Word, Very basic SQL, Bug tracking tools like JIRA. Selenium or QTP

Pros: Peaceful life, Peace of mind, Super pay. you can easily make $50/hr, Bright Future.

Cons: No Cons.

 

3. Business Analyst - $40 - 60/hr 

Skills Required: "Communication skills" chala chala chala important ee role ki. If you're a good communicator and you know how to manage things then nee life set ika. Other skills required are  = MS Excel, Word, Very basic SQL, Bug tracking tools like JIRA. 

Pros: Peaceful life, Peace of mind, Super pay. you can easily make $50/hr, Bright Future.

Cons: No Cons.

Seriously do you think $60/hr is good pay 

How much do you draw after vendor/layers/employer cut ??

ppl out there are earning around $90-100 on an average in devops roles of course it needs lot of techincal knowledge though.
