Diversify. Put some in Financial Markets (Stocks or Mutual Funds or ETFs etc). Then some in real estate. Real estate in India aithe better to have someone close by to look after if you are not there yourself.

Real estate will have less liquidity. So if you need cash immediately, this may not be the way to go. Also, transaction costs while selling and buying real estate are higher than things like stocks etc.

Rayapudi Lingayapalem are interiors. Buy land close to Krishna River Bank and close to National hwy. Penumaka, Undavalli are the main villages that are close to national highway and they are long the Krishna river bank.. The lands in those two villages are 2c+ even before capital announcement because of this reason. Now as per the master plan, the stretch of land from Prakasam Barage till penumaka will be developed like a river front with high rise buildings like hotels, malls etc on the lines of Singapore ocean front. If you can buy something close to the river bank in these two villages, it will be gold in the future...
