konni sarluu . minutes lo fix cheyyalii PROD lo emaina issue vasthe...and that needs code changes and deployments.. so offshore inka USA times lo work cheyyyali... I dont think companies will take risk...esp DEVOPS responsibilites.. QA and BA things ante easy

currently devops lo work chese vallaki above mentioned categories annitlo hands on undali aa baa? i.e. we all use service-now, but now as a admin or developer for it..so trying to understand what exactly devops day-to-day work look like.

I don't claim to know how all companies work but maa company lo config team antha offshore , they provide 24/7 support though , prod support and monitoring kuda 24/7 , half offshore half here , but future lo antha will be from there from what I hear
