Hyderabad rents chala takkuva in india compared to any city. Thats the biggest advantahe of Hyderabad

lol...this is half knowledge shiat..rates are may be over priced if you want to buy but rents are not that crazy...capital area ante you should ask them exactly where ani...city nadiboddulo kavai but rents hydlo outskirtslo lekka undai ante nadavadu...memu 2010lone used to pay 6k in kanuru area...what do you expect it to be in 2018?

Raintree park phase 1lo per sft its around 2.7k....oka 2 bedroomlo 10k vastadi...and its around 12 kms from city and pple are living there and all occupied....reasonably cry man

Agreed...best price around that area would be Samvrudhi which is just beside Aparna Amaravathi in Tadepalli...Apana is quoting 5k/sft and these guys are quoting around 3600-3800/sft...amenities etc are the same
