it doesnt work that way uncle...developement is spread out in cities like hyd...2 tire citieslo devlopement anedi location specific untadi...all the bussiness happens there...do you knw tenali lanti townlo centrelo 1.5-2 lakhs untadi....because business lakhslo avtadi akkada

 

On top of it...why would some one buy an apt for 80Lakhs...pay 72K EMI for it and are ok with 18k rent?...you are obviously loosing money...min 3% rental income anna rakapote there is something wrong with the property

Land development ki isthe ochay le uncle they are not on loan in case u think i am lying vijaywada is not so small man and a range lo salarys unnayaanedhi na question antha rents ki povataniki.memu rent ki ichina vaatlo software,icrisat,bhel ila unnaru so vijaywada lo anni jobs ekkada ani na doubt
