Manjeera lo naa cosuin gadu apartment konnadu Rs-5000/Sq. Ft around 1900 sq ft plot. But it depends on what you are looking and if this is for investment i don't think it's good idea to invest on apartment and pay 95 lakhs for a concrete structure and don't see it appreciate like a land.
