For normal people like us it's not really worth to buy villas. Unless we have comfortable money it's not common sense to spend so much on such assets which doesn't appreciate as much as a land.

yeah my father  next year ki Retire avthunnaru  so i want to give him as a gift right now they are staying in Guntur  ippudu varaku vallu Apartments lo vunnaru koncham different ga villa chuddam anukonna kani way out of my budget

If you know how this works it's even funny, capital lo governement office construction area lingayapalem lo peaks unayi because they show something in progress, same thing other's can't do because there is no progress in those zones. Right now lingayapalem area lo 30k undi residential and 35k commercial undi. One acer ante 3 cr  (residential 1000 sq yards)+ 1.4 cr (400 sq yards) = 4.4 cr undi. This is core capital where there is nothing available except drinking water.

i am telling to lot of my frnds since long time..the rates in capital are a joke...no sync between the rates and development there..ippude intha unte...repu nijamga develop aite enta septaro..lol
