EH 1 B , 3rd extension with RFE

just want to share my extension.  evadikina useful aithadi.

 - 3rd time time extension , EVC.  having more than level 4 salary.

- RFE : specialty occupation and why my salary was less than what was put on previous i-129 ( this was tricky )

 

Filed premium on Sept 10th - RFE received on Sep 17th

Response sent on 13th which was last day to submit. Approved on 14th today..

Applied in June in regular

Upgraded to premium in August I guess before youyesseeeyeyes suspended premium

bredar - naku maree too much adigindu.. naa LCA number previous di one digit tappu kottukoni vadu.. endi nuvvu PA state lo file chesi last time FL paychecks tesukuntunnav ani.. plus HR pichidi naa billing 80 anuko  adi year ki calculate chesi 174K salary esindi.. antha enduku ledu ani - naku doubt vunde vosthado rado ani deeni meeda.
