India lo konevallu bane down payment chestaru if i am not wrong. They might have saved a lot other wise just loan mida i dont think they can construct 4 floors. Land unna 4 floors ante easily 50-60 lakhs avutundi.

not sure about the numbers but less down payment is always the safest bet
